New Year

Lately, I look at myself and can't stand what I see. The fat that has accumulated on my body over the years. I hate it and it has gotten to the point where I have to do something. So I decided to make this blog as a food diary to help me keep on track. I'll lose the weight even if it kills me.

Start weight: 132 lbs
Highest weight: 132 lbs
Lowest weight: 115 lbs
Goal weight: 115 lbs
